PAYMENT
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, PayPal and Google Pay with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discovery, JCB and Diners Club. When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order. STANDARD
Fee: Complimentary for all orders Delivery Timing: Delivery Timing: 5-8 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email.
Exceptions: - If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday - Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery - Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-9 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email.

EXPRESS
Fee: $75 for all orders Delivery Timing: 3-4 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
Exceptions: - If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday - Some zip codes are not available for this service - Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

ALASKA AND HAWAII DELIVERY
If you select standard shipping, your order should arrive in approximately 5-9 business days from time you receive the shipping confirmation email, however, remote addresses may require additional delivery time.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 regardless of service type. The above processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on us.cultureofbrave.com; Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices reflect U.S. currency. All orders are shipped by UPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or full refund to our online store within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt (except personalized items). All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect saleable condition. All refunds may only be made in the same currency and country / region as the original purchase.
Online purchases can be returned complimentary online.

RETURNS
Register your return online : Visit our returns center – found under the Returns & Exchanges page. Enter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box. Deliver your package to USPS: Drop your package off at any USPS location.
